When a guest places a reservation request through a tenant widget interface, we collect the minimum required information to secure their cover allocation:

Identity Markers: First name and surname.
Contact Fields: Telephone/mobile number and email address.
Booking Details: Requested arrival date, arrival time, party size, and visit occasion parameters.
Health/Dietary Disclosures: Allergen or special requests explicitly logged by the guest in text inputs.

2. How We Process Data (Relay Isolation)

Unlike standard shared cloud ecosystems, TableMaster Pro handles your data via a custom-engineered serverless transport conduit:

Ephemeral Transport Streams: Web parameters are pushed through secure HTTPS Server-Sent Events (SSE) loops on our Vercel edge framework straight onto the target hardware device container.
Zero Permanent Server Caches: Our cloud proxies operate purely as real-time conduits. We do not store, catalog, or maintain long-term server-side copy databases of your guest lists or personal identifiers.
Tenant Data Walls: Inbound records are strictly filtered by unique venue tracking parameter codes (?venue=) to prevent data crossing or leaks between different commercial locations.

3. Guest Data Control Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we operate as a Data Processor on behalf of the commercial hospitality venue operator (the Data Controller), guests seeking to access, correct, export, or delete their personal records can contact the specific restaurant workspace directly. The venue operator can purge records instantly from their native system interfaces.

4. Security Safeguards

All transiting data packets are protected by Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption frameworks. Access logs on native iPad reception units are guarded by locally assigned manager security override configurations to ensure maximum on-premise front-of-house security profiles.
